7. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, documents, or other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Blue CalkTrade a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any User Content you submit.

8. No Financial Advice

Nothing provided through the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and no information generated by the Service should be relied upon as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Blue CalkTrade in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue CalkTrade and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or suspected fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law
